The Varimotion deep-drawing process allows the diaphragm to be fine-tuned even without additional tuning resonators, resulting in the typical AKG audio quality. Thanks to the integrated stand connection and the H 440 mounting bracket supplied for snare, tom-toms etc., the D 4 is ideal for drums, percussion, wind instruments and guitar amplifiers
