Product information "Beyerdynamic MM 1"
The MM 1 was developed for calibrating ELA and PA systems. In conjunction with a spectrum analyser, the sound pressure level of loudspeakers can be monitored in addition to frequency response measurements.
The small housing allows the microphone to be mounted inconspicuously. Thanks to the slim housing with the remote microphone capsule, the influence on the sound field is very low, so that pressure build-up at high frequencies is largely avoided. The transmission characteristic has been selected in such a way that an exactly linear frequency response is achieved with diffuse sound incidence.
