This means you can use high-quality lenses that are much smaller. The MFT mount is extremely flexible and compatible with different lens adapters. Adapters are available for PL, C, EF and many other lenses. So you can use lenses from manufacturers such as Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Leica and even Panavision!

n terms of recording with the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, you have a choice of three storage media. Video material can be recorded on normal SD cards or faster UHS-II and CFast 2.0 cards. Regular SD cards are inexpensive and easily record video in high definition. More powerful UHS-II cards are suitable for recording Ultra HD in ProRes at up to 60 fps or RAW at up to 30 fps. CFast cards record 12-bit RAW at all supported frame rates. External SSD or flash storage devices that can be connected via the camera's USB-C expansion port are also suitable for longer recording times. And best of all: you are not tied to any particular manufacturer! The files are compatible with all professional post-production programmes. You can even connect your storage medium to your computer and edit directly from the medium. This is possible with the included DaVinci Resolve Studio software.
