Product information "Crown XLS 1502 "
The Crown XLS 1502 DriveCore 2 is the successor to the successful first DriveCore generation. It delivers 2x 525 watts into 4 ohms. Its neutral sound, outstanding dynamics and enormous headroom make it extremely versatile.
Typical applications for the XLS 1502 are PA systems, live events, small clubs and discos, the AV sector, cinemas and home cinemas, installations (churches, schools, town halls, multi-purpose halls).
Above all, however, it is very light. It weighs only 3.9 kg. The reason for the low weight is the patented DriveCore 2 circuit design. The functions of many components have been combined on one chip.
The energy management is unique. By recovering energy, the XLS amplifiers work particularly efficiently. This makes them more powerful than conventional amplifiers. New features include sleep mode and a power trigger for switching the amplifier on and off externally.
All parameters are clearly shown on the large display. The blackout function, new menu navigation and lockout mode make operation simple and safe.

Sehr tragbare Leistung! :-)
Nach langer Wartezeit hat die Endstufe endlich ihren ersten Live-Open-Air-Einsatz gehabt und uns nicht enttäuscht. Die Besucher einer Gartenparty bescheinigten uns einen "Arena-Sound", und das mit unseren betagten Ramsa-Lautsprechern. Der Kauf hat sich definitiv gelohnt und nicht nur für den Rücken! ;-)
