The ACTION-S118A is an outstanding active 1 x 18" subwoofer in terms of maximum level, frequency response and lowest distortion.
The DAS Audio 18LX long excursion woofer with 4" voice coil in combination with the generous enclosure volume, the generous port and the very powerful Class D power amplifier with 3200 W/peak enable an extraordinary performance with 137dB SPL max. and a lower cut-off frequency of 35Hz.
The high-quality cabinet is made of birch plywood, finished with the robust ISO-flex PU lacquer and has a high stand flange, three handles and two professional castors for easy transport.
With two line inputs with combo socket and two XLR outputs, the ACTION-S118A can also be used as a mono sub in 2.1 systems. In addition to a polarity switch, the two sound presets "deep" and "loud" are available for customisation to the respective application; the integrated low-pass filter is variable between 63Hz and 100Hz and can also be switched to the outputs as an X-over. The mains connection is designed as a Powercon In/Out, the illumination of the logo on the front can be switched off.
