The DPA 4060-OC-C-F00 microphone was originally developed for use with wireless systems in theatre, television and instrument applications with close mics and is extremely unobtrusive. Due to its small size, it has an extremely accurate omnidirectional pattern and therefore does not need to be pointed directly at the sound source to achieve a high quality recording. The 4060-OC-C-F00 has a MicroDot termination. The d: screet ™ CORE 4060 for normal sound pressure increases the THD and dynamic range by 6 dB.
