EICH Amplification 1210S Box 8 Ohm

The 1210S provides the necessary bass foundation even in cramped clubs. The slim design is ideal for placing a small top on top. This ultra-compact speaker with a 1 x 12"/ 1x10" configuration delivers impressive low bass and rich sound pressure despite its small volume, and it weighs just 22 kg. The 10" speaker gives the 1210S the much-loved lively upper mids with a rich attack.

The cabinet is specially calibrated due to its small dimensions, so that the heavy-duty speakers guarantee a detailed reproduction of all nuances. By using a voice coil with windings on the inside and outside of the coil former, we achieve a 40% higher continuous power handling of our speakers. Even at the highest levels, they provide a distortion-free, clean sound image, with sound pressure levels that far exceed club applications.

With its unique combination of three different tweeters, the 1210S offers unprecedented flexibility when it comes to transmitting the overtone range of a bass guitar. The CT1 4" cone tweeter reproduces the overtones in a finely detailed and open manner. The 1" NT1 neodymium tweeter brings out the dense, crisp highs of a bass and the PT1 piezo horn is responsible for the top highlights. The control panel on the top right-hand side panel offers the option of fine-tuning the "triple tweeter system". For each of the three tweeters there is a switch with the functions "OFF"/"HALF"/"FULL". All switches can be freely combined here so that you can set your own overtone range at any time. Hard rock settings, soft fretless and fusion sounds, ultra-hot slap sounds as well as vintage and plec sounds are reproduced more than impressively. The 1210S is "the" all-round cabinet par excellence.

For optimum damping and the elimination of unwanted resonances, the cabinet is equipped with no less than 8 braces and nubbed foam.

With a power handling capacity of 600 watts, the 1210S is a robust tool with first-class sound and maximum practical value.

The available impedances of 4 or 8 ohms, the strain relief for the guitar cable in the left handle, the amp fixing, which offers the amps from the T series with their "magnet fix pins" an excellent, secure hold.
