Die neue Les Paul Custom ist Teil von Epiphones Inspired-by-Gibson-Collection und honoriert den Klassiker aus den 50er Jahren, den Mr. Les Paul 1954 als Smoking -Version seines bahnbrechenden Solidbody-Meisterwerks entworfen hat. Ausgestattet mit dem traditionellen Custom-Binding am Korpus aus Mahagoni, SlimTaper Halsprofil aus den 60er-Jahren, einem Griffbrett aus Ebenholz mit Block-Inlays, goldener Epiphone LockTone Tune-O-Matic-Bridge und Stopbar-Tailpiece, den von der Fachwelt hochgelobten Epiphone ProBucker Humbuckern und Custom Split-Diamond-Inlay auf der Kopfplatte. Dieses vom Gibson-Original inspirierte Epiphone-Modell verfügt außerdem über die Kalamazoo-Kopfplatte im 60er-Jahre-Stil, abgerundete Griffbrett-Kanten für ein angenehmes Spielgefühl, einen GraphTech® NuBone®-Sattel, das klassische 50s-Wiring und CTS®-Potis. Optional ist ein Hartschalen-Koffer oder ein EpiLite Softcase erhältlich.
