With a maximum sound pressure level of 133 dB, the EVOLVE 70 features eight 4.7-inch neodymium drivers for clear, powerful 120° wide, consistent coverage via proprietary waveguides with 25° asymmetrical vertical coverage in array form. Advanced FIR processing ensures linear frequency response and phase alignment. The 15-inch subwoofer extends the low frequency down to 35 Hz. This massive bass output, combined with the highly efficient laminar flow venting design and powerful 3-inch voice coils, ensures premium audio performance and the perfect balance between high power, high performance and portability.
The new column speaker system features numerous connections for microphones, line level, Bluetooth and digital signals, increasing flexibility for almost any professional situation. These include XLR/TRS combo mic line inputs, XLR and RCA line level inputs and digital AES/EBU inputs. The EVOLVE 70 is also integrated with the recently updated QuickSmart Mobile app ecosystem, which allows users to control it as part of a system with other Bluetooth-enabled portable EV speakers.
EVOLVE 70 has been designed to meet the evolving needs of professional users, including professional DJs, bands, production companies, event organisers and venues. Designed for rapid deployment, EVOLVE 70 features the EVOLVE 3-2-1 approach to assembly, which has set the industry standard for quick set-up and tear-down. As 3-2-1 promises, the three parts fit together to form a system with two clicks.
