The double-sided 12" pad from HQ offers the option of practising with different levels of rebound thanks to its two different surfaces. On the grey side, which has a little more rebound, you can first memorise the exercises and then refine the technique on the black side with less rebound (similar to that on a drum set).
The black side is also suitable for working on your own playing speed. The RF-12D is more suitable for daily training than almost any other pad - for beginners and professionals alike.
