The X-LITE 112A is one of three active loudspeakers from FBT's X-LITE series, which has been designed for both fixed installations and professional stage use.
The X-LITE 112A is a compact active full-range speaker with a two-way bass-reflex design for a powerful and linear sound. The 12" mid/bass driver is complemented by a 1" tweeter and driven by a 1500 W bi-amp Class-D power amplifier (1200 W LF, 300 W HF). With a sound pressure level of up to 129 dB (SPL) at a frequency response of 50Hz - 20KHz, the X-LITE 112A delivers a remarkable performance with small dimensions and a weight of less than 17 kg. In addition to the integrated switching power supply, the X-LITE 112A has a digital DSP signal processor with 4 selectable equaliser presets.
A 3-channel mixer with two balanced microphone and line connections as well as a wireless Bluetooth input are integrated into the control panel on the rear. The latest Bluetooth® 5.0 TWS interface allows audio signals from smartphones, tablets and computers to be streamed directly via two speakers in stereo.
The housing is characterised by a lightweight yet robust injection-moulded polypropylene plastic and has two practical monitor angles (30° and 45°), as well as three recessed aluminium carrying handles. Thanks to the 35 mm pole socket for standard stands and four M-10 flying points for optional brackets, the X-LITE 112A can be used flexibly for fixed installations, on trusses or on a subwoofer for FOH stage applications.
