The 800 series was Hannabach'sfirst breakthrough in the production of strings forconcert guitars.
This has led to our focus on the further development and production of strings for this instrument. 800 basses are spun with silver-coated copper wire around a nylon multifilament and sound brilliant but not obtrusive and deliver decent basses. The treble strings, made of high-tensile nylon, offer the typical slightly damped sound of a nylon string. Today, the 800 series represents the upper entry level of Hannabach products.
Made for instruments with a scale length of 65 cm.
