The MON G3 series incorporates the advanced technology and high-quality materials found in high-end monitors used primarily in professional applications. The ALTEA 715-A is a very powerful 15″/1″ 2-way active loudspeaker in a multifunctional plastic housing and very extensive features.Equipped with a digital bi-amp power amplifier including switching power supply with 1500 W/peak, it offers high sound pressure with a wide transmission range and extremely low distortion. FIR filters in the signal processing increase the audio quality and enable simple integration.The DAScontrol™ LCD interface offers extensive configuration options thanks to the integrated 24-bit DSP, such as 5 different voicing presets, high-pass filter, 3-band EQ and delay (max. 10m). Using the free DASLink™ app, the ALTEA 715-A also offers wireless high-resolution stereo audio streaming and remote control of the DSP functions via Bluetooth. Several speakers from the ALTEA and VANTEC series can also be controlled simultaneously via the DASLink™ GroupManager app, which is also free of charge. Two separately controllable mic line inputs with combo socket and a 3.5 mm jack connection are available on the input side.The high-quality speaker system consists of a DAS Audio 15FV4 15″ woofer with 3″ voice coil and a DAS Audio M-28 1″ compression driver acting on a 90°x60° tweeter horn.The extensive equipment and optional accessories allow a wide range of applications, both mobile and permanently installed. The bevelled backs allow it to be used as a floor monitor, the housing offers M8 flying points and the AX-115-5 swivelling and tilting wall bracket is available as an option. The auto-standby mode also allows installation in hard-to-reach places, and the illuminated logo on the front can be switched off or used as a limit indicator.
