This highly professional 2-way speaker is designed for absolute, long-lasting reliability. With its multifunctional bass-reflex enclosure, it is suitable as a full-range speaker, satellite and monitor in mobile and installed PA systems. The Stinger® 28 G3 is highly resilient with 400 watts of continuous power and achieves a maximum sound pressure level of 125 dB. Its two specially developed 8" woofers and the BMS tweeter driver achieve a powerful bass response and fresh, natural highs. The tweeter's waveguide was developed using the boundary element method (BEM), a numerical simulation of sound radiation and propagation. It reduces reflections from floors and ceilings, prevents secondary maxima and thus achieves a controlled, homogeneous dispersion behaviour.
The Stinger® 28 G3 is designed to be a real workhorse all round. The housing is made of robust birch plywood with an extremely resistant polyurea coating for exceptional stability and durability. Features include a steel front grille, dual-tilt tripod mount, flying points and ergonomic handles. The Stinger® 28 G3 is an attractively priced solution for professional sound reinforcement, with a wide range of accessories for use on stage and in fixed installations.
