We have two versions (cuts) for our alto and tenor saxophone reeds. Our original cuts are designed for a darker sound and are generally used for classical playing. Our new studio cut reed is free blowing, wide and flexible.
Légère alto sax reeds play approximately 1/2 strength harder than the standard alto sax reeds (blue box).
Légère 3=Vandoren 3 1/2.
