The LCT 140 AIR has a small diaphragm condenser capsule that was developed by us for professional instrument recordings. Use the two sound characteristics AIR and FLAT to record the source the way you need it. PAD and Low-Cut FILTER complete the package. With its superior transient response, the LCT 140 AIR offers high clarity for your recordings of guitar, drums, strings or other acoustic instruments. Thanks to its aluminium housing, the LCT 140 AIR is both robust and light as a feather. It has a cardioid polar pattern and sounds simply fantastic.
AIR and FLAT explained:
AIR provides an open sound characteristic. The perfect choice if you need a ready-to-record sound right from the start. You can use and release these recordings immediately without spending time on post-production.
FLAT offers a linear frequency response that is suitable for very realistic sound reproduction of drums, strings, acoustic guitars and choirs.
The two options make the LCT 140 AIR an extremely versatile recording device.
