The LCT 940 combines for the first time the specific sound characteristics of a high-quality FET large diaphragm condenser microphone with those of a tube microphone in a single housing. These two technologies are each designed as a separate amplifier path and work independently of each other. The different sonic characteristics can be mixed continuously and thus enable an infinite creative variety for sound engineers and artists.
The LCT 940 also offers nine directional characteristics, four-stage switchable high-pass filters and pre-attenuation stages. Automatic attenuation and clipping history round off the impressive list of innovative features.
