The MEINL Backbeat Pro Tambourine features a blackened ring made from the same high quality alloy as the MEINL cymbals. Eight pairs of our standard brass jingles are attached, allowing any drummer to add tambourine sound to their snare drum. The ring is shaped to ensure 360 degree contact with the dynamic drum control. While the raised edge ensures more attack on rimshots.
