User-friendly, for non-contact voltage testing from 90 V to 1000 V AC. Simply hold the tip in a socket, lamp socket or on an insulated cable. Suitable for tracing concealed cables and localising cable breaks. If AC voltage is present at the relevant measuring point, this is indicated visually by a flashing red LED and the integrated buzzer sounds. If the measuring point is de-energised, the test probe lights up green continuously.
