When using the NE-10 for a Roland KD-140/KD-120 V-Kick or a hi-hat stand with a Roland VH-13/VH-11 V-Hi-Hat, place an NE-1 under each foot of the stands to maximise the damping of kick noise and vibrations.

Roland has carried out extensive tests and determined that the additional use of the Noise Eater series reduces the volume of directly transmitted impact noise and vibrations by approximately 75 per cent. This feature makes it possible to play the V-drums at home even at unusual times (e.g. at night) without disturbing people in neighbouring rooms or other flats.
