The newest member of the DynaCaster family of dynamic studio microphones, the DCM6 is an active, front-address, cardioid dynamic microphone! From recording your next song to building a community on your favourite platform, the DCM6 is designed to make your time creating easier with a built-in clean and transparent gain of +30 dB at the touch of a button. With its integrated DYNAMITE preamp, the DCM6 is much louder than a typical dynamic microphone, eliminating the need for an inline preamp while lowering the noise floor. The specially developed cardioid capsule has a specially tuned frequency response for a pleasant and natural vocal sound and the best possible sound separation. The DCM6 has an integrated pop filter, a shockmount and a swivelling microphone holder for tripod mounting and therefore offers the right basic equipment for professional use. The DCM6's all-metal body, integrated features and sleek, modern finish eliminate the need for a bulky external shockmout or pop filter and allow for an unrestricted camera angle whether you're recording in the studio, at a radio or TV station or at home. When phantom power (48V) is applied, the DCM6's integrated DYNAMITE preamplifier instantly delivers +30 dB of clean and transparent gain at the touch of a button. This not only makes the DCM6 louder than a typical dynamic microphone, but also eliminates the need for an inline preamplifier and reduces the noise floor for virtually noise-free recordings.
