With the XRC-200, the Swiss DMX specialist Swisson presents the third generation of dynamic DMX recorders after the XRC-100 and XRC-150.

With the ability to record up to 1,024 DMX channels (2 DMX universes) simultaneously, the XRC-200 offers twice the capacity of its predecessor models with the usual simple operating philosophy. DMX signals can be recorded or played back at the touch of a button.

The XRC-200 also offers a range of new, useful additional features that allow the DMX recorder to be used even more universally with a total of 64 recordable sequences and ten programmable playlists.

The new model has an integrated timer with which the user can control the playback of sequences and playlists to the second depending on the day of the week.

Playback can also be started via DMX triggers, quick selection buttons on the front of the housing, external buttons (with optional contact box) or automatically if a DMX line fails (DMX backup function).

Its simple, intuitive operation using just a few buttons and an informative full graphic display makes the new dynamic DMX recorder from Swisson the perfect tool for all tasks where less technically experienced users need to manage complex lighting systems. In addition to classic show applications, the XRC-200 is also particularly suitable for trade fairs and shop fitting, giving planners more scope to integrate moving heads and LED elements into the design.

Via an integrated USB interface and free software, all data stored on the XRC-200 can be conveniently backed up via a PC and, if required, transferred to several DMX recorders. Thanks to an integrated export function, show files can also be sent by e-mail. This makes it possible to achieve a uniform appearance, for example when using the DMX recorder in branch operation.

The DMX channel with the highest value has priority.2) Back-up mode. The device is connected to two DMX desks. Channel A has priority. If channel A fails or has no DMX, channel B takes over the show.3) Merge mode. Two desks can be combined for one line. For example, you can run a scene setter and DMX on one line. The scene setter controls channels 1-96, and channels 97 and higher are DMX-controlled: these positions can be freely addressed via dip switches.

Cameo SB8.3 - 8-channel DMX splitter / booster
Manufacturer:
The Cameo CLSB83 is the professional solution for configuring DMX networks. The splitter and booster in 19" format amplifies the DMX input signal and distributes it to 8 electrically isolated outputs. It is connected directly to the DMX console or DMX devices. Bright LEDs on the front panel indicate the DMX and power status of the channels, while the outputs are located on the rear panel. A 120 Ohm terminating resistor that can be switched to the DMX THRU output and the mains switch complete the equipment; the IEC cable is included in the scope of delivery. The rack brackets can be mounted on the rear of the device for easy access to all connections and 180° rotated installation. The Cameo DMX splitter and booster is also available in a 5-pole version (art. no. CLSB85).
