The Metalworks effect snare drums offer the useful option of having additional and specialised snare sounds as part of your drum kit's arsenal. A steel shell with a depth of 3 inches and a half snare wire provides a sharp crack with a very short sustain. The newly developed Mod-Tone system allows for smooth and precise snare wire tension adjustment. The "Effect" snare drums from Metalworks are available in 6, 8 and 10 inch diameter shells. An MC69 single tom attachment facilitates set-up.
