ListenTALK is a mobile communication system for person-led groups, speech translation applications and hearing support. It offers excellent speech intelligibility and high operational reliability.The LKR-12 is the suitable receiver for the ListenTALK system in the basic version. It can only be used to receive audio signals. Operation via a few buttons is extremely simple. In addition to the on/off switch, the volume of the headphone input can also be adjusted.ListenTALK uses the international telecommunications standard DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) for transmission. The system can be used in any country and is free of registration and charges worldwide. The signal is encrypted during transmission to prevent eavesdropping.The receiver has a mini-jack connection to which headphones or an induction loop for hearing aid wearers can be connected. An earphone, rechargeable battery, belt clip and neck strap are already included in the scope of delivery.The LKR-12 can be operated with rechargeable lithium-ion batteries or AAA batteries. The battery life is up to 8 hours in continuous operation. A special battery compartment is available as an option so that standard batteries can be used. The programme offers a graphical user interface with which all settings can be conveniently made. The advantage of a charging station is that several devices can be charged and configured at the same time. The charging time is only 2.5 hours.

Headphones, headsets and external microphones are optionally available and can be easily connected.
