The flexible protective brackets prevent the guitar from twisting and protect it from accidental knocks when it is put down or removed. The soft support pads have cushioning properties. Thanks to an innovative folding mechanism, the Guardian is easy to carry and can even be set down upright for transport. Flexible, divided support arms with integrated pick holders allow the guitars to be set up gently on both sides (right or left) and also ensure "exposed" strings. Of the 4 existing cable shielding methods, Vemuram opted for double spiral shielding for its Allies cables as it is more suitable for stage use. It reduces excess noise while maintaining sufficient flexibility in the cable and still sounding very natural. For about 3 years, Vemuram tested all possibilities in terms of density and thickness of the copper wire. At the same time, they developed their Allies plugs by combining cable and plug in search of the sweet spot. Flexibility and noise balance were also decisive factors. Instead of lowering the capacitance, Vemuram focussed on testing and comparing the actual sound of the cables by ear.

The Mick Ronson Cry Baby Wah captures the lively, melodic character of one of rock 'n' roll's most talented songwriters. Few guitarists could combine such a fine musical sense with a deep understanding of arrangement and sound design as Mick Ronson. His arrangements were characterised by carefully chosen tones and textures that formed expressive melodies and powerful riffs. The Cry Baby Wah, used in a fixed position as a filter, was a central element of his sonic vision, with which he left a lasting mark on pop music through his work with David Bowie and many other artists as a musician and producer. To make this unique Cry Baby Wah sound accessible to all guitarists, Dunlop enlisted the help of Bob Rock, legendary producer and long-time friend and collaborator of Ronson. He provided Ronson's personal Cry Baby Wah - an early model made in Italy with vintage components that give it a unique sound. Ronson used it as a fixed filter on numerous recordings, and Rock later used it on many productions as well. Dunlop engineers have faithfully reproduced this extraordinary sound with the help of precisely tuned specifications, precision manufacturing and a specially developed inductor coil. "You set the wah, leave it there, and that's the sound," says Rock. "It's on every album he's ever made, and I've used it on every recording since. The engineers at Dunlop spent a lot of time, sent me prototypes - and we nailed the sound perfectly." To capture all the subtle nuances and details of Ronson's unique wah sound, our engineers created a specially designed inductor coil that replicates the higher frequency ranges and smoother sound peak of the original pedal. The result is a balanced sound - brilliant and clear, with smooth highs. So that every musician can experience this sound, the tolerances of the inductor have been kept particularly tight in order to reproduce Ronson's Cry Baby Wah as accurately as possible. In addition, the fast response range of the potentiometer has been reproduced exactly, which enables an immediate reactivity not found in modern pedals. In addition, the pedal contains period-correct low-gain transistors and value-matched resistors that contribute to a distinctive EQ curve. This pedal is literally tailor-made for Ronson's signature fixed wah sounds. The whole thing is rounded off with a special finish inspired by Ronson's work. The Dunlop "Jimi Hendrix Signature" wah delivers a throatier, more expressive, fatter and more open sound than the GCB-95, as it operates in a lower frequency range. At Ibanez, we wanted to evolve the iconic Tube Screamer with a redesign of the hand-wired flagship model. We re-evaluated every component, trying to stay true to the pedal's transparent, midrange-focused sound. After numerous prototypes, we came to the conclusion that the JRC NJM4558 Op-Amp is essential to achieve the legendary sound of the Tube Screamer. At the same time, this new design is capable of producing a wider range of sounds thanks to the use of high-end components such as MOGAMI OFC cables, which further enhance the benefits of a hand-wired pedal. A boost has also been added to the circuit's output stage, increasing the maximum output level by +6 dB. The appearance has also been revised, giving the pedal a high-quality look while retaining its traditional shape.
