Master series:With the innovative MASTER models, Stomvi is setting milestones in trumpet making. The "Master" series includes all types of high brass instruments. The excellent response of the Bb and C trumpets is decisively characterised by the "continuous arched leadpipe". The air flows continuously through this special leadpipe from the mouthpiece shaft to the beginning of the machine without any air turbulence. The tuning slide in the form of the bell bow is only attached after the machine, in which air turbulence always forms. The leadpipe is very easy to remove. The MASTER models are also equipped with 2 unscrewable bells, 2 arched leadpipes and 2 bell slide bows. The optimum interaction of the different components is guaranteed at all times, especially with regard to intonation and response. Thanks to the various possible combinations, the MASTER instruments fulfil the most diverse musical requirements. While the normal MASTER models are equipped with two screw-on bells (1x gold-plated brass, 1x sterling silver), the MASTER-TITANIUM models are supplied with two gold-plated bells of different scales, and the valve bushings of the MASTER-TITANIUM models are slightly lighter and have titanium valve covers and buttons.

Under the motto "The best student flute now even better", Yamaha presents the 200, 300 and 400 series. The flutes now come in a new design with a pointed lid mechanism, as used in the professional models. The optimised pads ensure better stability and thus contribute to the improved durability of the flutes. The elegant new shape of the flap covers gives the flutes a pleasantly comfortable and natural playing feel. Like its predecessor model, the YFL-472 is equipped with an E-mechanism and an advanced G. The headjoint, footjoint and centre joint of the flute are made of sterling silver for a brilliant and radiant sound. In contrast to the YFL-412, the YFL-472 is equipped with ring keys, which provide a fuller sound and even allow quarter tones to be played. The E-mechanism:The E-mechanism is an additional lever. This makes the high E (e3) more precise and easier to play. It prevents the musician from slipping off the note and provides additional playing security. The E mechanism proved its worth and established itself many years ago, particularly in the amateur and semi-professional field. The advanced G:The position of the key with which the G is played, known as the advanced G, is now standard on every good flute. This key position adapts the instrument to the ergonomics of the hand and not the other way round. So please make sure that your flute always has an advanced G - your fingers will thank you for it!

Like the violin, the "classical" recorder also dates back to the Baroque period. The centres were Paris, London, Amsterdam, Nuremberg and Brussels. The well-known recorder maker Friedrich von Huene analysed almost all of the originals from this period that have survived in museums. The MOECK Rottenburgh Baroque recorders in modern tuning were created from the sum of this data, based on instruments by Jean-Hyacinth-Joseph Rottenburgh.Today they are the most frequently played baroque solo flutes and have proven to be particularly reliable. They are also characterised by their brilliant treble.
