The two most successful pickups from Seymour Duncan are combined here in one set. In contrast to the early models, polycarbonate coils, sand-cast magnets, base plates with short legs and 4-wire shielded connection cables are used here.
With the California 50's, Seymour Duncan presents a calibrated pickup set that uncompromisingly follows the motto "as authentic as possible". These 3 matched SS®L-1 Vintage staggered single coils have AlNiCo V magnets reproduced in the style of the 50s, which ensure the optimum realisation of country twang, blues phrases and, if required, classic rock.
Single-coil pickup with a lot of power. Hand-polished 1/4" polepieces and lots of coil windings ensure maximum output and a balanced frequency response with extra punchy mids. Produces more sustain than the Vintage (SJAG-1) and Hot (SJAG-2) models. Ideal for blues, classic rock, garage, heavy rock, classic metal and nu-metal.
Guitarists rave about the unmistakable tone of the pickups developed by Cory Wong, which he uses in his characteristic Fender Stratocaster®. Since emerging in the late 2000s, Cory Wong has established himself as a master of tone and technique. His signature Clean Machine set supports the diverse range of tones he's known for - glassy vintage cleans, warm, soulful rhythms and singing leads. The Clean Machine set includes a hum-free stack bridge pickup with Alnico 5 magnets. The middle and neck pickups are fitted with Alnico 4 magnets, which ensure a balanced tone. All three pickups are overwound and carefully voiced to fulfil the requirements of all funk and soul disciples.

Similar to a '59 model, but with a richer low bass range and more power. The SH-14 was developed by our internet user group. They replaced the ceramic and AlNico 2 magnets of the SH-5 Custom and SH-11 Custom with magnets made of AlNico 5 material. If you compare it with the SH-5 and SH-11, the SH-14 has more of a vintage sound, less distortion, but still plenty of strength and power in the tone. Undistorted, it sounds warm and full, with a splash of additional presence. The precise alignment of the trembucker's magnetic poles improves the balance between the strings to achieve a consistent, modern sound even with Floyd Rose or similar vibrato systems. Ideal for pop, country, blues, classic rock and heavy rock.
The patented design eliminates hum and preserves the classic sound. The revolutionary design reliably eliminates the dreaded 50Hz hum. The great classic Strat® sound is retained. Ideal for country, pop, surf, rockabilly, blues, ska and classic rock.
The most popular "hot" humbucker of all, and has been for over 30 years. Delivers a banging output with singing highs, aggressive overtones and just the right balance of sustain and distortion. From sweet, warm sounds to raw rock 'n' roll, the SH-4 or TB-4 gets to the heart of the matter. If you prefer it with softer highs, simply use 250 kOhm pots. Ideal for anything powerful from blues rock to heavy metal.
Single-coil pickup with high output for instruments with a warm sound. Although it looks like the SSL-1 and definitely produces a vintage tone, the overwound coil produces a higher level, more sustain and great overtones. This pickup rocks, and it rocks hard. It asserts itself perfectly in any mix, but becomes beautifully clear when the volume pot is turned down. Ideal for Texas blues rock, classic rock and heavy rock.
High output in single-coil format! Ideal for classic rock, garage, punk, heavy rock, trash, classic metal and nu-metal. The STHR-1N Tele® Hot Rails™ Rhythm offers a fat, full sound with incredible output. The strong ceramic magnets, the steel blades and the coils with extra windings provide a heavy, raw sound with incredible sustain. Compared to the Little '59, they have more output and crisper mids.
"Rails" humbucker in single-coil format with high output. One of our most popular and powerful pickups ever. The two thin blades, the powerful ceramic magnet and lots of coil windings provide incredible sustain and a full-bodied sound, just right for all heavier styles of music. This pickup responds to even the slightest finger movement. Ideal for classic rock, garage, garage, punk, heavy rock, thrash, classic metal and nu-metal.
Single coil with high output for warm-sounding instruments. The protruding AlNico V pole pieces ensure a stronger magnetic field due to their immense size. The extra wire windings make the SSL-3 Hot ideal for heavier music styles. Ideal for country, pop, blues, classic rock and heavy rock.
Articulated tone. Ideal for fast licks. Pleasantly brilliant sound with slightly less output power than usual. When distorted, it impresses with a full, treble-rich sound and even sustain. Compared to the '59 model, the Jazz shows a detailed reproduction of the highs with slightly reduced power. In addition to jazz, it is also ideal for country blues, funk, classic rock and heavy rock.
