Drops™ are a new way to improve the sound of your drums without gel or glue. Use them for toms and snares. Combine different weights to customise your sound. Drops™ are attached to any standard tuning screw with a silicone tab and can be easily removed or replaced. Special emphasis was placed on sustainability during production. Developed by Tandem Drums in California.
The MuffBites open up a wide range of possibilities for unique damping effects. The black felt rim, combined with the beautiful vintage cord fabric, covers about a third of the head and thus preserves the natural drum sound. The Magnetic RimMount system holds the MuffBites securely in position on the rim and also allows them to be used on the resonance side of the drum. They reduce overtones, minimise sustain and ensure a more precise and drier sound. Three metal clamps are supplied for use on die-cast tyres.

A special feature of the new EC2S heads is Evans' newly developed Sound Shaping Technology. This technology makes it possible to provide each head with customised damping depending on its size. The damping material is not glued on, but is attached directly to the underside of the skin and varies in thickness and width depending on the skin diameter. This customised damping gives the new EC2S heads more tone, sustain and a crisp attack. In addition, the new EC2S heads have a greater tuning range and dynamic range.
The Onyx skins consist of two layers of 0.1905 mm film with a special, wafer-thin micro lacquer. This not only gives the series its matt black appearance but also has an additional protective function and thus increases the durability of the Onyx series to a maximum. The low and medium frequency range are characteristic features of the Onyx series, which is available in sizes from 6" to 20".

Evans is the only head manufacturer to produce the well-known heads whose two layers are separated by a thin layer of oil! This creates a natural damping effect without impairing the playing feel. The heads are characterised by extremely short sustain and an excellent response. For the typical 70s cardboard sound!
The MX bass drumhead is made from two 0.19 mm foils. It is equipped with an integrated damping ring that is divided into eight sections. This guarantees precise and individual damping - an absolute novelty in the marching sector. The second layer makes the skin extremely durable.
The EMAD system (Externally Mounted Adjustable Damping) developed by Evans damps the bass drum head with an externally mounted ring. This type of damping, used exclusively by Evans, makes any additional damping of the bass drum unnecessary. Two damping rings of different strengths are supplied with the drumhead, allowing the sound to be changed in just a few simple steps.
The versatile single-ply tom skin is ideal for open tunings thanks to its broad overtone spectrum. Due to its versatility, it can be used both as a batter and resonance head.
Single ply 12mil Mylar film (approx. 0.3mm) Inspired by the excellent Emperor X and Black X drumheads, REMO proudly presents the AMBASSADOR X. The AMBASSADOR X drumheads use the same film as the standard Ambassdor coated drumheads, but 20% thicker. This extra thickness produces more attack, wider mids, while maintaining durability and providing better stick rebound. These skins are already favoured by Kenny Aronoff (Independent), Ronald Bruner jr (Marcus Miller) and Ray Luzier (KoRn).
Ambassador Fiberskyn heads are characterised by a warm, full tonal range with excellent definition and improved resonance in the mid and low frequency range. The combination of a 10-mil ply laminated to a 3-mil polyspun fibre. The sensitivity and soft articulation is ideal for playing with sticks, brushes and mallets.
