Extended polyphonic modeThe OC-5 includes an advanced polyphonic mode. First introduced on the OC-3 Super Octave, you can play chords with octave effects. The versatile Range control limits the effect to the lower notes of your instrument - perfect for octave bass lines in combination with classic chord and melody playing in the higher registers. Thanks to the optimised tracking, you can also limit the octave effect to the lowest note of a chord by setting the Range control to "Lowest".Guitar/bass switch and Direct OutUsing the dedicated switch on the underside of the pedal, you can adjust the performance of the OC-5's tracking engine to either guitar or bass. The Direct Out output also makes it easy to play out the original and effect signals to different destinations, for example two stage amplifiers or two separate channels of a mixing console or audio interface.
