The Arturia MicroFreak is a unique and extraordinary synthesiser and the new Vocoder Edition takes it to the next level! Stylish design, 14 digital oscillator models, velvety analogue filter, lots of modulation possibilities and now with a wild new vocoder!Included is a simple, detachable microphone attachment that connects directly to the headphone socket and the gooseneck allows for quick positioning. The new utility menu offers corresponding settings for the microphone gain and the noise gate. The design of the MicroFreak has always been something special. The limited Vocoder Edition is no exception and has been given a chic new look. The centre stripe features a filigree swan graphic, while the plain white finish makes the Vocoder Edition stand out from the crowd. But there is also good news for owners of a "normal" MicroFreak: They will receive the new Vocoder function directly via a free firmware update. With Nymphes, the cult synthesiser manufacturer from Athens once again delves deep into Greek mythology. The inspiration for this was provided by none other than Homer, who wrote about nymphs as beings of divine descent in his Odyssey around 700 years before Christ.Nymphes is an extremely compact six-voice, fully analogue desktop synthesiser. It offers one "waveforming" oscillator plus sub-oscillator, 2 envelopes, noise and an extremely fast LFO including 5 waveforms, key tracking, fade in and fade out per voice. In addition, there is another common LFO (LFO2) with the same features, which can affect each and several parameters simultaneously with different strengths and extends into the FM range. In addition to a resonant 24 dB low-pass filter with precise tracking, a further 6 dB high-pass filter is available.
