LDMS828 - 19" Line Mixer 8 in 2 and Splitter 2 in 8The LD Systems LDMS828 is a mixer, signal distributor and catch-up amplifier in 19" rack format for flexible live and studio applications.The LDMS828 has one stereo and 6 mono channels with individual LED chains for level indication, all inputs and outputs are electronically balanced. Two mono channels are equipped with stereo jack sockets, the other connections are designed as XLR sockets. The stereo channel has individual volume controls for input and output and a link button for looping the signal through, each mono channel has volume and pan controls as well as a button that selects between distribution and mix function.

The 2-way loudspeaker with a 10" custom woofer and 1" compression driver can be operated for up to 8 hours with its rechargeable battery and is powered by a Class D power amplifier with a highly efficient switching power supply and 480 watts of peak power. The Roadbuddy relies entirely on wireless transmission: it has a UHF radio receiver that operates in the registration-free 863 - 865 MHz range and can be expanded with an additional system.
