The Mick Ronson Cry Baby Wah captures the lively, melodic character of one of rock 'n' roll's most talented songwriters. Few guitarists could combine such a fine musical sense with a deep understanding of arrangement and sound design as Mick Ronson. His arrangements were characterised by carefully chosen tones and textures that formed expressive melodies and powerful riffs. The Cry Baby Wah, used in a fixed position as a filter, was a central element of his sonic vision, with which he left a lasting mark on pop music through his work with David Bowie and many other artists as a musician and producer. To make this unique Cry Baby Wah sound accessible to all guitarists, Dunlop enlisted the help of Bob Rock, legendary producer and long-time friend and collaborator of Ronson. He provided Ronson's personal Cry Baby Wah - an early model made in Italy with vintage components that give it a unique sound. Ronson used it as a fixed filter on numerous recordings, and Rock later used it on many productions as well. Dunlop engineers have faithfully reproduced this extraordinary sound with the help of precisely tuned specifications, precision manufacturing and a specially developed inductor coil. "You set the wah, leave it there, and that's the sound," says Rock. "It's on every album he's ever made, and I've used it on every recording since. The engineers at Dunlop spent a lot of time, sent me prototypes - and we nailed the sound perfectly." To capture all the subtle nuances and details of Ronson's unique wah sound, our engineers created a specially designed inductor coil that replicates the higher frequency ranges and smoother sound peak of the original pedal. The result is a balanced sound - brilliant and clear, with smooth highs. So that every musician can experience this sound, the tolerances of the inductor have been kept particularly tight in order to reproduce Ronson's Cry Baby Wah as accurately as possible. In addition, the fast response range of the potentiometer has been reproduced exactly, which enables an immediate reactivity not found in modern pedals. In addition, the pedal contains period-correct low-gain transistors and value-matched resistors that contribute to a distinctive EQ curve. This pedal is literally tailor-made for Ronson's signature fixed wah sounds. The whole thing is rounded off with a special finish inspired by Ronson's work. Immerse yourself in the characteristic sounds of one of the greatest guitarists of all time. Get the Mick Ronson Cry Baby Wah.

Dunlop celebrates the 20th anniversary of its explosive collaboration with Zakk Wylde with the WA45 Wylde Audio Wah!The Zakk Wylde Signature Crybaby became an instant bestseller when it was launched in 2004. Thanks to its unique fat tone and robust construction, it is perfect for all fans of hard & heavy sounds, as well as for guitarists who tune their guitars lower. If you are looking for a sound that always remains fat and round and is not too sharp even in the toe-down position, but always vocal, full and clear, you will find it here! Now the pedal is finally available again! The WA45 offers the sound that Zakk used for numerous iconic guitar solos ("No More Tears", "Losin' Your Mind", "Sold My Soul", "House Of Doom", "In This River", "Blood Is Thicker Than Water", "Farewell Ballad", etc.).The frequency range has been tailored to Zakk's unique fat lead sound and offers assertiveness with a consistently smooth, deep sound character. Even riffs can be realised thanks to the extended low end. Thanks to the red Fasel inductor coil, the wah always retains the classic full-bodied and pumping sweep that characterises classic CryBaby pedals. This sound can be addictive! And of course, the robust construction can withstand the tough touring life of metal's most relentless lead guitarist...The resistance of the pedal rocker can be adjusted using an Allen key supplied. The adjustment screw is located at the rear end of the pedal between the rocker and the chassis. The screw can be reached in the toe-down position, i.e. with the rocker facing forwards. By turning this screw clockwise, you can increase the resistance or, conversely, turn it anti-clockwise to make the wah pedal smoother.

The NUX Optima Air is not a conventional preamp for electric and acoustic guitars. It also has a fundamentally different design to its close relative, the Stageman Floor. The Optima Air is a dual-switch acoustic guitar simulator pedal that offers two different functions: an acoustic guitar simulator via IRs (impulse responses) and a preamp inspired by a legendary analogue studio preamp known worldwide for its sonic character and harmonic warmth. The NUX Optima Air even adds a reverb to this sound. In addition, the pedal offers 15 simulations / IRs of iconic acoustic guitars from American brands. You can also create and save your own IRs, for example from your favourite guitars via an externally connected static microphone. The pedal offers 9 user presets and of course also manages IRs from third-party suppliers. The impulse responses (IR) are adjusted depending on whether you are playing with an acoustic or electric guitar and also the tone colour of the pickup (magnetic or piezo) to make the final sound reproduction as natural as possible. Finally, this clever pedal offers all the connections needed for playing in the studio or on stage, such as an effects loop, aux input, headphone output, XLR DI output and a micro USB port for editing / loading IRs via the dedicated editing software.

Description:With the LEHLE MONO VOLUME S, you get an active and wear-free volume pedal that is lighter and smaller, but no less efficient: Equipped with the proven and constantly evolving magnetic sensor VCA technology of the other LEHLE VOLUME pedals, you can precisely control the volume of your instrument. As it has no mechanical potentiometer, it also eliminates the noise typical of potentiometers, endless and expensive repairs and complicated adjustments.Your foot only moves the magnet, while the Hall sensor measures the distance very quickly and precisely. An ARM Cortex CPU processes the data from the sensor into a suitable, musical curve and controls the VCA. The signal path always remains completely analogue and in your hands.Stability - electronic and mechanical:The LEHLE MONO VOLUME S transmits the full sound spectrum of the connected instrument or signal generator over the entire control path. The input and output impedance always remains the same, so there is no treble attenuation as with a passive potentiometer. The input voltage of your connected power supply (9-15 V) is rectified, filtered and stabilised internally behind the power supply socket and then transformed to 30 volts headroom. This makes it very level-resistant, low noise and achieves an overall dynamic range of 120 dB. The smallest sound nuances are presented audibly by the high-end preamp with discrete Class A input stage - your sound becomes tangible. The LEHLE MONO VOLUME S has no teething problems: low-friction plain bearings made of a high-performance polymer gently embed the shaft in the aluminium housing and reduce any mechanical stress to zero - so it runs extremely quietly and smoothly. Using an adjusting screw, you can set the smoothness of the pedal very precisely from feather-light to vintage car.In addition to the output, a second, also buffered direct out is also available: Without negatively influencing the sound, everything from tuner to DAW to a second amp can be supplied.Zero to one hundred or boost à la carte? The LEHLE MONO VOLUME S has a boost that can provide you with up to +12 dB more gain with a little pressure in the toe position. When and how? You can call up the presets via a button: 0 dB, +5 dB or +10 dB. The last preset is the chef's recommendation and remains an audiophile surprise. The LEHLE MONO VOLUME S can be calibrated, programmed and updated via the USB-C socket - it also sends MIDI data to the DAW or amp sim of your choice.Compared to the LEHLE MONO VOLUME, we were able to reduce the weight by 50 % and the size by 35 % - with the same stability and more dynamics. It is even 2 cm flatter, while the control travel remains just as comfortable and long as with the larger models. This is the LEHLE MONO VOLUME S: louder - but smaller.
