Synchronise all your electronic instruments and software professionally.ANY CLOCK INPUTThe Multiclock can either be the main clock or synchronised to external MIDI, DIN sync and analogue clocks. The multiclock is synchronised with a DAW via a sample-accurate audio clock, which ensures absolutely stable synchronisation signals.INDIVIDUAL OUTPUTSThe Multiclock has four outputs. Each channel can be set to output MIDI, DIN Sync or analogue clock signals. Analogue clock signals are configurable in polarity and start/reset behaviour, and individual clock dividers are available.SHIFT & SHUFFLETo compensate for any time delays of your connected devices, you can shift each of the four output channels individually and in real time relative to the reference clock. Once you have found the ideal point, you can add a little shuffle.MIDI ROUTERTo become the central connecting element of your setup, a powerful MIDI router is available. This allows you to connect and combine other MIDI data from four USB MIDI ports and the onboard MIDI In with the precise clock signals.PROFESSIONAL DAW INTEGRATIONVST, AU & AAX pluginsSynchronisation of the multiclock with a DAW is done via a sample-accurate audio clock stream, which guarantees that the clock signals are absolutely precise, with only ±1 sample jitter. No drifting - everything on the grid. VST, AU and AAX plugins for all major DAWs are included, or you can create your own sync loop with our sample.MANY MODULAR FUNCTIONSClocks, dividers, triggers and LFOThe modular clock output can be configured in every conceivable way: Select the polarities of the signals, set the start or reset behaviour for each channel individually and set clock dividers. An analogue LFO with different waveforms and optional frequency quantisation is also available to integrate it into the Eurorack world.SYNCHRONISE YOUR (VINTAGE) DEVICES..MIDI, DIN Sync & TapeSynchronise all your drum machines, grooveboxes, sequencers, arpeggiators and effects with a stable MIDI clock or DIN Sync/SYNC24 signal. Korg multi/poly
Korg multi/poly
card.manufacturer:
The multi/poly from KORG draws inspiration from the legendary Mono/Poly analogue synthesizer from the 1980s, which was known for its big sound and experimental features thanks to its 4 oscillators, and transfers this concept into the modern age with the help of sophisticated modelling technology. It is the first instrument ever to make use of the latest generation of KORG analogue modelling, which, in addition to the detailed reproduction of classic oscillators and filters, also includes complete voice boards with the interaction of qualitatively different components, envelope generators and even portamento behaviour for the first time. In this way, the multi/poly creates sounds that seem almost alive and have the typical analogue timbre. The available classic, digital and waveshaper oscillators, which can of course be freely combined with each other, offer a true playground for sound designers and synthesiser fans. Within a sound programme, 4 oscillators, a noise generator with its own filter and saturation as well as a ring modulator are available. In combination with the dual filter, the flexible cross-modulation known from the Mono/Poly, four loopable DAHDSR envelopes, five LFOs and six modulation processors, there are no limits to the imagination when creating sounds. Up to four such sound programmes can be created within a Performance as Layer. Split or Layer Rotate sounds to create particularly complex timbres. (Layer Rotate is a function inspired by the classic mono/poly that switches between different sound programmes each time a button is pressed in round robin style) To animate these sounds, the Motion Sequencing 2.0 function offers several independent sequencer tracks for timing, pitch, shape and four other parameters, each of which can be recorded as individual steps or in real time. As if that wasn't enough, the Kaoss Physics function provides additional, unique modulation options based on the physical model of a virtual ball that moves on a plane based on previously defined parameters and can be controlled or triggered using the integrated X/Y touchpad. This ball generates eight different modulation signals at any given time, which can affect almost any sound-shaping parameter. This creates complex modulations that are never exactly repeated and can be used particularly effectively in a live context. Three blocks with studio-quality effects as well as a master reverb and a master EQ round off the sounds accordingly. When switching between different sound programmes, the Smooth Sound Transition familiar from the KORG flagship workstations ensures natural-sounding transitions without tearing off the sounds or effects. For the creation of new sounds, an inspiring random function is available, which randomises all or only certain sound-shaping parameters within a previously defined framework at the touch of a button, which can lead to completely new timbres or useful starting points for further sound experiments. The new, semi-weighted keyboard with 37 velocity-sensitive keys provides a pleasant playing feel, while the elegant look with wooden elements on the sides and a blue and black control panel is a lovingly realised reminiscence of the classic mono/poly. For particularly convenient programming of the multi/poly, free editor/librarian software is also available for Mac and PC. And so that the instrument can also be transported in style, it is supplied with a matching blue soft case with the multi/poly logo.
